Reclaiming our digital future

Saved is an emerging venture recognising that resilience for regions like Tairāwhiti requires the access and skills to own our digital and energy future.

Helping people and communities reclaim their digital future

Digital rents are increasing

Market-leading online services are heavily subsidised by investor capital. And when that bargain ends the services get worse, the rent goes up, and inequalities are exacerbated.

Our regions are precarious

We can't take connectivity, power, or corporate goodwill for granted. Climate events, isolation, and economic imbalances mean resilience has to be built locally.

Let's start with what we have

Reclaiming Windows laptops is the entry point to start reimagining ownership today, while directing resources to training pathways and the wider vision.

Phase 3

Community partnerships, enterprise services, store presence. The full vision is documented in the original proposal.
